Jeff Pierre is a community activist, entrepreneur, and thinker; who offers life-altering options to the Youth of Orange and its neighboring areas. He was raised and reared on Orange’s Berwyn Street while excelling in Orange’s school system. During his upbringing, Pierre recognized that he had to overcome the challenges of his environment. He chose to participate in Brotherhood (an Orange-based male empowerment initiative) and played basketball in the earlier portion of high school. During this season, Pierre developed an eye for business. His interests took him to William Paterson University, where he completed a Bachelor of Science in Business in 2011. Upon completion of his academic work at William Paterson, Pierre began working on New York’s Wall Street as a Risk Manager. 

In 2020, Pierre realized that he had an obligation beyond his career on Wall Street. Pierre love for sports and his community drove him to give back to Orange Township, so he took his nine years of experience in the financial industry to create Clarity Sports Group. Clarity Sports Group was launched to educate middle and high school student athletes on the basics of financial literacy and equipping them with the necessary tools for life after sports”.

“With the love and passion that I have for sports, with the knowledge that I have in finance, I figured that I would be able to provide the younger generation with information that I didn’t know or what wasn’t being taught in high school for student athletes, everything from, if you do make it to the pros or if your dreams get cut short of the pros,”
